Day 8: Have a Dance off! Or share the music you used to listen to as a kid!
Music has always been a mainstay throughout human history or at least as far as I know. They say music has the power to heal and bring people of different ages and backgrounds together. For children, dancing, learning an instrument, or listening to music has many benefits often therapeutic in nature. A great way to practice mindfulness, gain awareness of their bodies, and even better their language and communication skills.
Connect with your child an instrument or teach them a dance move you used or still do!
